    08FAQ

    Clear answers, before you ask.

Every quotation is tailored to actual scope, availability and agreed contract terms. If your question isn’t covered here, our team will answer it with your RFQ.

    Ask our team
Can SANBOOK quote multiple categories of vehicles and equipment under one RFQ?

Yes. A single RFQ can combine vehicles, machinery, material-handling and site-support items. We review each line item and respond with one structured proposal, noting any item that is subject to availability or supplier confirmation.

What information is required to request a forklift or telehandler rental?

The most useful details are lifting capacity, lift height or reach, terrain (warehouse or rough terrain), required attachments, site location, rental period, start date and whether an operator is needed. The more complete the specification, the faster suitability can be confirmed.

Are daily, monthly and long-term rental periods available?

Rental terms are assessed per request. Daily, weekly, monthly and long-term arrangements can be quoted depending on the asset category and its availability.

Can SANBOOK arrange delivery to a project site?

Delivery, collection and mobilization can be included in scope, subject to site access, permits and feasibility. Share the site location and access conditions in your RFQ so we can assess them.

Does the rental include maintenance, fuel, insurance or an operator?

It depends on the asset and the contract. Each quotation states clearly what is included — maintenance responsibility, fuel, insurance, operators or drivers and replacement terms — so you can compare like for like.

Can a customer upload an RFQ, SOW, PWS or Excel pricing schedule?

Yes. The RFQ form accepts PDF, DOCX and XLSX documents such as RFQs, SOW/PWS, specifications, BOQs, drawings and pricing schedules.

How are equipment availability and delivery lead times confirmed?

After reviewing your scope, we confirm availability and indicative lead times in writing with the quotation. All commitments remain subject to actual availability and agreed contract terms.

Are quotations provided for government and defense-support contractors?

Yes. We provide specification-led quotations for government purchasers and defense-support contractors. SANBOOK does not claim endorsement by, or affiliation with, any military or government body.
